The Northern Gulf of California
PANGAS is focused on the northern Gulf of California, between mainland Mexico and Baja California, beginning in the Colorado River delta, just south of the international boundary with the United States, and continuing south to Bahía de Kino, Sonora and El Barríl, Baja California.
